I’ve created a series of series of affordable self-help resources based on my 10+ years of clinical & teaching experience. My unique educational courses & worksheets contain science-backed tips, best practices & gold standard psychotherapeutic interventions for feeling better. Each resource includes important psychoeducation that I provide to my 1:1 clients at the start of therapy.

My downloadable resources are designed to be somewhere between reading a self-help book & the first few meetings with a psychologist. In them, you’ll find psychoeducation on common mental health issues, learn about their theoretical origins, & understand how a therapist may approach talking about change & healing. Of course, the resources are not designed to mimic the process of psychotherapy & are not a replacement for 1:1 therapy. But they will help you ’hit the ground running’ if you decide to start therapy, making it more cost effective for you in the long run.
